Network Troubleshooting - PingPlotter

In order for us to troubleshoot network issues, we need some data to work on, please follow the steps below.
1. Download PingPlotter at here
2. Run the program with administrator rights
3. Key in the hostname/IP in Host box
4. Let it run until finish
5. Click on "Edit" at top menu bar and choose "Copy as text"
6. Send us the output via email.
