Network Troubleshooting - WinMTR

In order for us to troubleshoot network issues, we need some data to work on, please follow the steps below.
Note: For Malaysia users, please use another tool instead
1. Download WinMTR at here
2. Run the program with administrator rights
3. Key in the hostname/IP in Host box
4. Let it run finish
5. Click on "Copy Text to clipboard"
6. Send us the output via email.
