In the event that your sub-folder not appearing in your Outlook but showing in your webmail, you might want to follow the 2 steps provided below to solve the problem

  1. Reset All Views in All Folders
    1. Close Outlook
    2. Open Command Prompt by pressing Windows + R key on your keyboard
    3. Key in Outlook.exe /cleanviews then click OK
    4. Outlook will launch automatically, check for missing folder, if the problem persists, please proceed to Step 2
  2. Clear & Regenerate the navigation Pane for the profiles
    1. Close Outlook
    2. Open Command Prompt by pressing Windows + R key on your keyboard
    3. Key in Outlook.exe /resetnavpane then click OK
  3. If nether of this options work, please remove and add the Outlook profile again
