In the following articles, you will learn how to create an alias from our SmarterMail email hosting

Note: Please make sure that your current mailbox username does not valid otherwise you are not able to create the Alias

  1. Login to the SmarterMail web interface as the domain administrator.
  2. On the left panel, click on the Gear icon to go to your settings
  3. Under Domain Settings, click on Alias
  4. Click on New
  5. Enter the Alias Name without @yourdomain.com that you wish to receive from.
  6. Then, add the internal email address you want these alias emails delivered to.
  7. Click on Save.
