In the following articles, you will learn how to change password for your users using postmaster/administrator accounts from our SmarterMail email hosting
  1. Login to your webmail as an administrator account

  2. On the top panel, select Domain Settings

  3. Click on New
  4. Key in the following information
    Username: myusername
    Password: xxxxx 
    Confirm     Password: xxxxx
  5. Click on Save
