  1. Login to your webmail using your full email address & password
  2. Locate the email that you are reporting
  3. Follow the 3 simple step to bring up the email's header which contains information for our support team to trace

  4. Once you click on View Raw Content, a window will pop-up.

  5. Right click on any empty space in the window pop-up and select Print, please select PDF printer and convert into PDF
  6. Attach the PDF you have generated and send it over to our support team for further troubleshooting.
